Private projects
Projects you create are private to your signed-in account. They are not visible to other users, search engines, or the public unless you choose to share them through an export or download.
How RST UX Research Agent handles your projects, authentication, AI processing, file storage, and data retention.
Projects you create are private to your signed-in account. They are not visible to other users, search engines, or the public unless you choose to share them through an export or download.
Sign-in is handled through the application's existing authentication provider. We do not store passwords in plain text, and session tokens are managed using standard secure practices.
When you upload requirements, images, documents, audio, or video, the configured AI services may process that content to generate project results, summaries, artifacts, or recommendations. Only upload content you are allowed to share with these services.
Access to your project data is tied to your authenticated account. Team sharing features are not currently provided; treat your account as the sole boundary for project access.
Uploaded files and generated project assets are stored using the application's configured storage backend. Files are scoped to your account and project identifiers.
Project data is retained while your account is active and you have not deleted it. You can delete a project and its associated artifacts from the project management interface. Deleted data is removed according to the storage provider's deletion policies.
We use HTTPS for data in transit, authenticated sessions for access control, and server-side processing for sensitive operations. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR certification, or any other certification unless explicitly verified and stated.
Do not upload confidential, regulated, or personally sensitive information unless you have confirmed it is appropriate for the configured AI and storage services. You are responsible for complying with your own data protection obligations.
