Your content
You retain ownership of the files, text, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you give us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you, including passing it to configured AI providers for project generation.
AI-generated output
AI-generated artifacts, recommendations, and documents may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are intended as a starting point and should be reviewed, validated, and edited by you before use in production or decision-making.
Intellectual property
The application, its code, visual design, and branding are owned by RST UX Research Agent or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service itself. Your generated project content remains yours.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to generate, store, or distribute illegal content, malware, hate speech, harassment, or material that infringes on the rights of others. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, or free-tier capacity limits may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
RST UX Research Agent is provided as-is and is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated output, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or other conduct that harms the platform or other users.
